Weigh in
There's been clamoring for a picture to see my South Beach progress. Sadly I cannot post one now because I don't have my camera set up and (at least the last time I tried to use it) my camera wasn't working. I need to do further diagnostic work to figure out if it is my memory card or the camera :( I have been sticking to the South Beach pretty strictly. I weighed in this morning at 263. That is 31 lbs. lighter than when I started :)

You should be very proud of yourself for sticking to the diet and losing so much weight - I am envious of your determination! Keep up the good work, and send pictures ASAP.
