Exercise

Wow, those swims at the pool must really have helped. I'm down to 254 this morning. That's 40 lbs and 3 lbs lighter than yesterday. :) The sudden weight loss is also probably some water weight because I ate some really salty food yesterday and that tends to make me gain a little bit of water weight.

Good work! I know exercise (walking at least 2 miles every day)has been the key for me to keep the lbs off. It took a few weeks before I saw results, but now the weight stays off (and I enjoy the walking). I'll have to find out some of your favorite foods on this diet.
