Weekend Itinerary
I've got a pretty planned out weekend this weekend. Saturday I'll be volunteering with Blue Key at a benefit concert on campus. Then Saturday night I'll be going to Rachael's Roadhouse to spend the gift certificate that I won in the Bard Hall Poker Tournament. I'm going with a bunch of the guys from my floor so it should be fun. Then Sunday I'm volunteering at the Special Olympics basically all day, with Blue Key again. Should be a lot of fun. Busy, but fun.

How was your weekend? Sounds like it was going to be lots of fun! I am very proud of you for your volunteer work - I believe it is a very important thing for every American to do. I used to volunteer for the Special Olympics, as well as Women Against Abuse, and was a Big Sister for several years, so I know how satisfying this type of work can be (if you can even call it work). I believe your M&D used to volunteer on a hotline, so it certainly runs in the family!
FYI-Uncle Buck is in the hospital (went in yesterday)with pancreas problems again, as well as something else they are trying to figure out, so I may not be writing for a few days. Pray for the best!!
